✅ At least 1+ year of orthodontic assisting OR 2+ years of dental experience

What You’ll Do:
- Perform or assist with orthodontic procedures like bonding, adjustments, records, and debonds
- Communicate clearly with patients about treatment and next steps
- Work efficiently in a digital workflow with scans, charting, and scheduling support
- Bring great energy and presence to the clinical space
- Help maintain a positive, calm, and fun atmosphere for patients and the team
