Dental Assistant:
Our state of the art dental office, Symmetry Dental & Spa / Reset TMJ, Migraine & Sleep Apnea is currently looking for a dedicated FULL TIME MASSACHUSETTS LICENSED AND EXPERIENCED dental assistant that deserves to command a higher wage.
Wage range cited is a "starting wage", and is expected to increase with demonstrated proficiency, focus on details, consistent team and doctor coordination and interaction, and an ability to grasp and implement new technologies in our office.

Our office is looking for a well trained dental assistant that can learn quickly, is very well organized, and can coordinate and manage important details that help you and your team colleagues move forward while providing optimal patient care. The position involves working with a single doctor taking primary responsibility of working within a single operatory and working within an entire team.
Our office is NOT CORPORATE OWNED, but rather focuses on a very personalized, in-house dental” team driven” experience. We are a full service dental , cosmetic, implant, CEREC 3D design/mill office, and o_perate a separated Mastership level Gneuromuscular Orthopedic practice, called "Reset TMJ, Migraine & Sleep Apnea Care", all under one roof. _

Hours include:
Monday: 6:45AM -3:30 PM, Tuesday 8:45AM-5:30 PM, Wednesday: 6:45 AM- 3:30PM, Thursday 8:45AM - 5:30 PM. Average number of paid hours per week is generally 32-35 hours per week total.
IMPORTANT : At this time, our office employs a part-time assistant to work alternating Saturdays 8 AM - 1 PM., but should the need arise, alternating Saturdays 8am -1pm are a responsibility of this position.
One hour unpaid "clocked-out' lunch is provided each work day, but if so chosen, the dental assistant may receive paid work through the lunch hour restocking supplies or completing other tasks, as needed.
Days can run slightly longer in cases of patient emergencies or preparation for the next day.

One hour lunch break each day. Arrival at the office 15 minutes for team huddles ( 6:45 AM and 8:45 AM starts) is mandatory.
Being ON-TIME for work and team meetings is considered mandatory
** Our office places priority for candidates with CEREC.design/ mill experience but can offer training to help prepare for rapid advancement with greater skills and wage increases over time.

Chairside assisting in multiple phases of dental care , including operative dentistry, restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, oral surgery, fixed bridgework, removable dentures and partials, taking impressions, making temporaries, use of CEREC Prime Scan scanning impressions, instrument cleaning and processing, sterilization, organized room stocking , supplies inventory control in your operatory, 3D printer operation, CEREC Prime-mill and its maintenance, laboratory case tracking, high level room cleanliness, chart records and continually learning new procedures are all part of the job description.
Developing skills to use the Myotronics K-7 computerized EMG/ Jaw tracking within our separated “ReSet TMJ, Migraine & Sleep Apnea“ practice will provide you even greater income potential . Training will be provided.
