What You’ll Do:
- Leadership: Take charge of the clinical team, mentoring and guiding our RDAs to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Clinical Excellence: Assist our skilled dentists in a variety of dental procedures, from routine cleanings to more complex treatments.
- Patient Care: Be the go-to person for our patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed throughout their visit.
- Team Coordination: Manage the flow of the day, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Oversee the sterilization and maintenance of instruments and equipment, ensuring the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the team, helping them stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- RDA License: You’re fully licensed in Texas and have a solid track record of excellence in dental assisting.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience as an RDA, with leadership experience preferred.
- Leadership Skills: You’re a natural leader who can inspire and motivate a team.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both with patients and team members.
- Problem Solver: You’re quick on your feet, able to think critically, and handle any challenges that come your way.
- Organized: You have a knack for keeping things in order and ensuring that every detail is attended to.
