Our Chicago office is a busy PPO/Fee For Service practice with a strong patient base and a high demand for advanced restorative and cosmetic dentistry. We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Prosthodontist to join our growing team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, comprehensive cases in a collaborative and supportive environment that prioritizes quality care over production quotas.
Our practice is equipped to support advanced treatment planning and multidisciplinary dentistry, including full mouth rehabilitation, All-on-X implant cases, veneers, cosmetic smile makeovers, implant restorations, and complex restorative treatment. Position Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive assessments and diagnoses of patients’ oral health, including teeth, bone, occlusion, implants, and periodontal tissues
- Develop and present comprehensive treatment plans for complex restorative and cosmetic cases
- Perform advanced prosthodontic procedures including:
- Full mouth rehabilitation
- All-on-X implant restorations
- Veneers and cosmetic smile design
- Implant-supported prosthetics
- Fixed and removable prosthodontics
- Complex restorative treatment planning
- Collaborate closely with general dentists and specialists to coordinate multidisciplinary care
- Educate patients on treatment options, oral health conditions, and long-term maintenance
- Interpret CBCT scans, x-rays, digital scans, and diagnostic records
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
- Ensure patient comfort by providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Maintain patient confidentiality and protect operations by keeping information confidential
- Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
Position Requirements:
- Valid Dental License in the State of Illinois
- Completion of an accredited Prosthodontics residency program
Experience with:
- All-on-X cases
- Veneers and cosmetic dentistry
- Full mouth rehabilitation

- Excellent communication and patient education skills

Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
