Duties

Supervise and coordinate all activities within the dental laboratory fixed dept, ensuring timely and accurate fabrication of dental prostheses, crowns, bridges, and implants.
Oversee laboratory staff, providing training, mentorship, and performance evaluations to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and efficiency
Collaborate closely with dentists and clinical staff to interpret prescriptions, treatment plans, and patient-specific requirements
Manage inventory of materials, tools, and equipment to ensure smooth workflow and compliance with safety standards
Maintain detailed medical documentation and records related to laboratory processes, patient cases, and technical specifications
Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software for digital design of restorations when applicable
Monitor laboratory metrics including turnaround times, quality control checks, and patient satisfaction feedback

Requirements

Proven experience in dental fabrication or laboratory management with a strong understanding of dental terminology and anatomy knowledge
Hands-on experience with dental office procedures such as chairside assisting.
Familiarity with all dental laboratory knowledge.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
