Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general dentistry, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a crucial role in promoting oral health, educating patients on hygiene practices, and assisting the dental team in delivering high-quality care.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and examinations to assess patients' oral health.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for both patients and staff.
- Utilize Eaglesoft dental software for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and documenting treatments.
- Stay updated on advancements in dental hygiene practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with the dental team to develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Requirements
- Valid state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
- Proficient knowledge of anatomy related to oral health.
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar dental practice management software is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of infection control procedures and general dentistry practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $44.00 - $50.00 per hour
