We are a patient-focused, modern dental practice seeking a dependable, energetic, and compassionate Dental Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a team player with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to providing outstanding patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to OSHA and CDC guidelines.
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as permitted by state regulations.
- Record patient medical histories and update charts.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions.
- Assist with impressions, temporary crowns, and other expanded functions as permitted.
- Maintain inventory and stock clinical supplies.
- Ensure patient comfort before, during, and after treatment.
- Support front office duties as needed, including scheduling and patient communication.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinical environment.
- Work with children and families and communicate oral hygiene instructions.
Qualifications:
- Dental assisting experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Current dental radiology certification (if required by state).
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude.
- Experience with dental software is a plus.

Schedule:
Full-time preferred (20-30 hours). Monday–Thursday.
