Your expertise in insurance verification and multitasking front desk duties will ensure smooth daily operations and a positive patient experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a caring team dedicated to delivering top-quality oral surgery care with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly, manage front desk operations including scheduling, checking patients in/out, and accepting payments
Review and update patient records accurately within our Electronic Health Record system
Verify insurance eligibility, breakdowns, and frequency limitations
Hospitality-focused communication with patients (in person, digital, and phone)
Answer phone calls, follow up with appointment leads, and scheduling
Help maintain a presentable looking office
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
