Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The Patient Coordinator plays a key role in supporting patients throughout their journey with our practice. This position ensures that patients receive exceptional service, accurate information, and a smooth experience from their first inquiry through ongoing care. The Patient Coordinator works closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain efficient operations, clear communication, and a compassionate environment for all patients.Your expertise will contribute to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence within our healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily patient interactions, including phone calls, emails, and scheduling requests.
Provide friendly, informative, and timely support to patients and their families.
Assist with scheduling appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
Maintain accurate and organized patient records and documentation.
Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
Support patients with general questions regarding services, processes, and next steps.
Help coordinate patient flow and ensure that all necessary paperwork and information are completed.
Identify and escalate any patient concerns or issues to management as needed.
Contribute to a positive and respectful team culture by supporting colleagues and

communicating clearly.

Qualifications

Experience working in a medical or healthcare environment preferred.
Familiarity with insurance processes is helpful but not required.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and compassionate in high-stress or emotional situations.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and offer solutions.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Based in the United States.
