What You'll Do

As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll serve as a trusted resource for patients by helping them understand their recommended treatment, insurance benefits, and financial options.

Responsibilities include:

Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements
Reviewing insurance benefits and patient financial responsibility
Helping patients confidently move forward with recommended care
Scheduling treatment and coordinating follow-up appointments
Supporting patient retention and continuity of care
Managing treatment-related documentation and account information
Collaborating with providers and team members to ensure a seamless patient experience
Assisting with schedule optimization and patient communication
Supporting front office operations and patient service initiatives

We're seeking someone who:

Is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Can confidently discuss financial arrangements and insurance benefits
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Demonstrates professionalism, accountability, and adaptability
Is comfortable learning and utilizing technology and practice management software

Dental experience is preferred, but a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for helping people are just as important.
