Responsibilities
- Answering phone calls
- Greet and check-out patients, as well as schedule appointments
- Verify Insurance Benefits and Calculate Co-pays
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Administrative needs
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Qualifications
- Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Friendly and upbeat demeanor
- Must have knowledge of Dentrix Software
