The Dental Assistant Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and optimizing the performance of the dental assisting team across the practice. This role ensures clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and an exceptional patient experience by establishing high standards, coaching team members, and partnering closely with doctors and practice leadership.

Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

One day a week until 6:30 as covering manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop Dental Assistants

Oversee onboarding, training, and performance management
-
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and safety regulations

Optimize scheduling and clinical workflows
-
Manage inventory, ordering, and equipment readiness
-
Drive and continuously elevate the patient experience through proactive leadership and systematic service improvements

Perform audits and enforce quality standards
Qualifications:
-
3+ years of dental assisting experience

1+ years of leadership experience
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and infection control
-
Exceptional leadership skills with proven ability to motivate teams, communicate effectively across all levels, and implement efficient organizational systems
