Responsibilities
- Lead and support front office and clinical team members
- Manage daily office operations and workflow
- Monitor schedules, production, collections, and key performance indicators
- Oversee patient experience and service excellence
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and team development
- Conduct team meetings and promote a positive office culture
- Manage insurance processes, accounts receivable, and financial policies
- Implement systems that improve efficiency and patient care
- Support growth initiatives and practice goals
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy
Qualifications
- Previous dental office management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Knowledge of insurance, scheduling, and financial systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
