Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including managing front desk activities and multi-line phone systems to ensure seamless communication.
- Coordinate calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms with precision.
- Handle all clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders as needed, and ensure the workspace remains organized and well-stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and supporting client interactions with professionalism.
- Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software for accurate financial record-keeping.
- Assist with personal assistant duties including travel arrangements, calendar management for executives, and task prioritization.
- Maintain office equipment maintenance schedules and troubleshoot basic technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when handling multi-line systems and customer support calls to ensure positive interactions.

- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical background.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and computer literacy essential for daily tasks.
