Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and provide outstanding front desk customer service, ensuring a positive first impression.
Schedule appointments efficiently using dental practice management software.
Verify insurance coverage and benefits, including insurance verification for various providers and Medicare.
Manage patient check-in and check-out processes, including intake forms and documentation review.
Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and accurately.
Maintain accurate medical records, including dental terminology.
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding patient information at all times.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
