YOU MIGHT BE THE RIGHT FIT IF
- You're a licensed Dental Hygienist in North Dakota (or eligible for licensure) new grads and early-career hygienists are welcome
- You have a foundation in perio and you want to get better. SRP doesn't scare you, it excites you, even if you're still building reps
- You're coachable and humble. The team will invest in you, but only if you show up ready to receive it
- You're looking for a team that will push you and support you at the same time — not a sink-or-swim environment
- Laser certification is a plus, but not required. We'll help you get there if you're willing
- You want a career, not just a job. This practice is growing, the team is growing, and your skills will grow with them
WHAT YOUR WEEK LOOKS LIKE
- Comprehensive hygiene appointments with a full hour per patient — prophys, perio maintenance, SRP, screenings, education
- Learning advanced protocols — laser therapy, Perio Protect, and practice-specific systems — from hygienists who do them every single day
- Collaborative perio case discussions with your hygiene teammates and the doctors
- Morning huddles, team check-ins, and a culture where asking questions is encouraged, not judged
- Growing into the practice's expanding hygiene department as your skills and confidence develop
