What You'll Do:
Lead the Front Office Team
- Coach, mentor, and develop Patient Care Coordinators (PCCs).
- Set performance expectations and drive accountability.
- Lead daily huddles and support a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Help create an environment where patients and team members feel welcomed, valued, and supported.
Deliver an Exceptional Patient Experience
- Oversee patient communication through phone calls, text messages, email, and other communication channels.
- Ensure patients receive timely responses and outstanding customer service.
- Assist with escalated patient concerns and help create positive outcomes.
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and families throughout their treatment journey.
Serve as Treatment Coordinator
- Present treatment recommendations and financial arrangements.
- Help patients and families understand the value of recommended treatment.
- Guide patients through the decision-making process with confidence and professionalism.
- Follow up with unscheduled treatment plans and uncommitted patients.
- Help maximize treatment acceptance and same-day starts.
Drive Practice Growth
- Manage new patient scheduling and conversion opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Support referral growth through exceptional patient experiences.
- Work closely with leadership to improve systems, processes, and results.
Support Daily Operations
- Ensure front office systems and workflows are followed consistently.
- Provide hands-on support during busy periods.
- Help maintain efficient scheduling and smooth patient flow throughout the day.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications
- Dental or orthodontic front office experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and financial arrangements.
- Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous leadership or management experience.
- Orthodontic experience.
- Treatment Coordinator experience.
- Experience coaching and developing team members.
- Proven success in patient conversion, scheduling, or treatment acceptance.
