Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Practice Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of a busy dental clinic. Duties

Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality service delivery
Manage financial aspects including budgeting, billing, collections, and expense control using systems like Eaglesoft and Dentrix
Supervise administrative staff, including scheduling, human resources functions, and performance evaluations
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations, JCAHO standards, and other healthcare policies to protect patient confidentiality and safety
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure proper medical records management, medical administrative support, and accurate documentation in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks
Monitor clinic performance metrics, implement process improvements, and support strategic growth initiatives
Facilitate communication between team members, patients, vendors, and external healthcare entities to promote seamless clinic operations

Requirements

Proven experience in medical office management or healthcare management within a dental or medical setting
Strong supervisory skills with experience managing administrative or clinical teams
Proficiency in dental practice management software such as Eaglesoft or Dentrix; familiarity with EMR/EHR systems like Epic or eClinicalWorks is highly preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records handling, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations including JCAHO standards
Demonstrated fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial management, and managed care processes
Excellent organizational abilities with experience in office management and medical administrative support functions
Background in dental clinic experience or related healthcare environments such as acute care or hospital settings is advantageous
