Dental Assistants Primary Office is in Bourbonnais. Occasional work in other offices only when necessary.
Dental Assistants Overall responsibilities include: Begin with a friendly greeting and then collect information from patients. Assist the Hygienist or the Periodontic and Endodontic doctors by setting up and breaking down the operatories, and stock and disinfect all rooms. Disinfect and sterilize all dental instruments, trays, and equipment. Knowledge of four-handed dentistry, digital x-rays, and OSHA procedures preferred though E&P also offers training. High School graduate required with one or more years of related experience preferred. Travel to the satellite offices as scheduled or when necessary.
Other Essential Requirements or Preferences:
- Prior dental office Dental Assistant experience is preferred but not required
- Dental Assistant Certificate preferred
- Experience with digital x-rays
- Experience working with practice management computer applications such as Dentrix, Dentalvision, or similar programs
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Quality customer service skills

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
