Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Registered Dental Hygienist License in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS Certification
- Current Massachusetts Dental Radiography Certification
- Thorough understanding of infection control and sterilization procedures consistent with CDC and OSHA guidelines
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality
- Ability to obtain accurate medical and dental histories and recognize conditions that may affect treatment
- Experience performing periodontal charting, risk assessments, and preventive care procedures
- Ability to take high-quality diagnostic digital radiographs
- Proficiency in hand instrumentation and ultrasonic scaling
- Strong patient education skills, including oral hygiene instruction and preventive counseling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to document treatment accurately and thoroughly in electronic patient records
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software
- Experience treating patients of all ages, from children to seniors

Compensation: Starting at $56/hour, based on experience

Hours: Monday - Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM, one-hour lunch unpaid
