Sunset Valley Dental is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Office Manager to lead our team and help create an exceptional experience for both our patients and staff.

As our Office Manager, you'll oversee the daily operations of our growing dental practice by:
- Leading and supporting our office team
- Creating an exceptional patient experience from check-in to check-out
- Managing scheduling, patient flow, and office efficiency
- Monitoring practice performance and key metrics
- Assisting with insurance, billing, and collections
- Recruiting, training, and coaching team members
- Partnering with the clinical team to ensure seamless operations
- Maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Fostering a positive, collaborative office culture
- Previous dental office management experience preferred
- Dental insurance and billing knowledge
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix experience is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and solve problems with confidence
