Kirksville Dental Group in Kirksville, Missouri, is seeking an experienced, motivated Practice Administrator (or Director of Operations) to lead the business operations of Northeast Missouri's largest and most established dental practice.

The Office Manager will oversee daily operations, human resources, team development, recruiting, performance management, compliance, financial reporting, strategic growth initiatives, public relations, and marketing. This individual will work closely with the owner doctors and the established leadership team to ensure an exceptional experience for both patients and employees.
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare administration, human resources, dental office management, medical practice management, or business operations Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Human Resources, Management, or related field preferred Demonstrated leadership and personnel management experience Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience managing teams and implementing systems and processes
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting Hourly Rate: $35-$48, based on experience
- Full Time at 30-38 hours per week
