Dental Office Manager
We are currently looking for a driven and team-oriented office manager to oversee all administrative operations in our Southwest Michigan office. You will take charge of all admin responsibilities for both front and back-office employees. As a company we pride ourselves on offering the best service consistently, efficiently, and with care. To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated, highly organized, a good communicator, and have the talent to inspire teams. It is important that you understand how to manage staff schedules and billing systems. The ideal candidate will have the ability to cultivate a healthy and prosperous culture, that motivates employees to commit to displaying and operating within our core values as a company.
Core Expectancies:
· Responding to clinical and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Creating and implementing an effective office budget.
· Hiring, supervising, and training new office employees.
· Guaranteeing office productivity, developing, and managing all internal office procedures and practices.
· Maintaining the clinic’s cash control, staff schedules, general ledger, and billing system.
· Delivering direct individual and team leadership to ensure all office employees produce outstanding client service.
· Coordinating the day-to-day execution of office practices that increase productivity and efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a Dental office setting
- Full time / Occasional Saturday availability
- Solid background in both front and back operations, able to assist DAs and Front Desk staff as needed
- previous Leadership/Management experience
- Dedicated to delivering excellent patient/customer service.
- Must be friendly, professional, and highly organized.
- Solid understanding of Dental billing and insurance procedures.
- A high school diploma or relevant certification
- Dental Assisting License / Radiology Certification (Preferred)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
