Responsibilities:
- Greet patients with warmth,
- Create a positive and smooth experience,
- Manage scheduling, phones, and daily flow,
- Support insurance, payments, and front desk systems,
- Perform front office tasks such as scheduling appointments and billing services,
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience managing the front desk
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current certification in dental assisting (RDA) preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality
- Proficiency in EagleSoft or similar dental software
- Experience with taking dental x-rays and operating dental imaging equipment
- Strong infection control practices and knowledge of sterilization techniques
