We are a busy, well established, private practice located in Kalispell, MT looking for a Dental Practice Manager to join our team!
We are seeking a motivated leader who understands how to keep a dental office running smoothly while also creating a positive experience for both patients and staff members!
Responsibilities include:
- Management of daily office operations
- Monitor production, collections, and overall office performance; identifying areas that need improvements and brainstorming solutions
- Dental insurance (alongside our insurance coordinator)/credentialing
- Oversee HR functions including hiring, onboarding, and staff development in coordination with the doctors
- Timely and respectful management of any patient concerns
- Coordination with clinical team to optimize workflows and efficiency
- Website management, marketing, and community involvement
- Researching and implementing new office systems as necessary for growth (such as patient financing options, adjuncts to insurance and software systems)
- Presentation of large treatment plans/case acceptance
Qualifications:
- Previous dental management experience is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Marketing knowledge, and a desire to continually stay ahead of the curve
- Excellent communication and team development skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences
- Ability and desire to create and maintain streamlined workflows
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinic
- A positive, friendly attitude that helps continually nurture a healthy work environment for everyone (this one is huge!!)
