About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Dental Assistant (or RDA) to join our supportive, fast-paced dental team. You’ll assist chairside, help the hygienists and front office when needed, and play a key role in providing great patient care. Our office runs on teamwork — everyone helps one another to keep the day smooth and positive.
What You’ll Do

- Assist the dentist chairside with general procedures, simple extractions, and the occasional root canal.
- Take digital X-rays and CBCT's while maintaining proper safety protocols
- Record and update patient information accurately in Eaglesoft
- Check in with patients and note any medical changes relevant to their dental treatment
- Educate patients on procedures and post-treatment care in a caring, easy-to-understand way
- Help hygienists turn over rooms and maintain clinic cleanliness
- Support the front desk with scheduling and patient communication as needed
- Work together with the team to keep the office efficient, upbeat, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
- Previous dental office experience preferred
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software
- Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control, and X-ray safety
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- RDA license or Dental Assisting certification preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person
- Friendly attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
Why You’ll Love It Here
