Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of work experience as a phlebotomist in a medical laboratory preferred.
- Ability to interact with broad segments of staff and promote effective working relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Perform laboratory tests following established procedures.
- Draw blood samples or collect other specimens as requested and prepare them for transport.
- Review and approve final test results before reporting.
