Our caring dentists service all of Harford County, along with Cecil and Baltimore county.

Candidates will perform the following duties:*

Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
Fill in cancellations and no-shows
Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
Communicating with medical insurance providers to determine if patients are required to make co-payments.
Collect and receipt payments from patients at time of treatment
Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments as needed.
Inform patients of financial treatment plan options
Handling test results including x-rays.
Organize referrals to other medical specialists
Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, and faxing.
Maintain a professional reception area
Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
Dental Office Experience Preferred
Medical or Dental Front Office experience Required

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (Hourly wage is based on Dental Office experience)
