We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team. What You'll Do

Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion.
Educate patients on recommended treatment and financial options (knowledge of care credit, sunbit and cherry preferred).
Build trust and increase treatment acceptance through exceptional communication.
Coordinate care between team members.
Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience.
Help patients achieve their oral health goals while contributing to the success of the practice.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required.
Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing treatment acceptance.
Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance.
Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset.
Experience with Open Dental is a plus.
