Dental practice located in Prineville, Oregon is seeking an experienced full-time Patient Care Coordinator!
Qualified candidate must be capable of working in a fast paced environment and exhibit professionalism, provide excellent patient communication while completing daily and weekly responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Productive scheduling
- Knowledgeable in dental insurance benefits
- Treatment plan presentation
- Over the counter collections
- Case management & recall system
- Support and maintain practice production goals
- Compliance with HIPPA and OSHA laws
