Westwyn Dental is a privately owned, independent practice in Berwyn under new ownership and actively growing. We are proud to be a community-focused practice — not a corporate chain — where patients and staff are treated like family. We are looking for a dental hygienist who is ready to contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment.
This position is part-time or full-time depending on fit, with 1-2 Saturdays per month. If you're looking for a place to grow with a practice that values its team, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay is competitive, commensurate with experience
Position Responsibilities
- Perform prophylaxis, periodontal therapy(SRP), and oral cancer screenings
- Capture and evaluate digital radiographs
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and preventive care
- Partner closely with doctors and clinical staff to support continuity of care and treatment planning
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to infection control and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Active Illinois RDH license, in good standing
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent chairside communication skills
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and a collaborative approach to team-based care
- A well-supported clinical environment with modern technology and a stable, experienced team
