```Job Summary```
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sterilization Technician to join our dental practice. The Sterilization Technician will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sterilization of dental instruments and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, knowledge of sterilization techniques, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
```Responsibilities```
- Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits
- Maintain inventory of supplies and order new materials as needed
- Follow infection control protocols and guidelines
- Assist dental team with chairside duties as needed
- Perform routine maintenance on dental equipment
- Keep sterilization area clean and organized
```Qualifications```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Sterilization Technician or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation procedures
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using dental software (Eaglesoft, Dentrix) is a plus
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
