- Reading each patient in the moment - knowing exactly when to educate and when to simply listen
- Keeping clean, accurate documentation
- Bringing energy and openness to new protocols, technology, and ideas as we keep leveling up

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Active Dental Hygienist license (obviously)
- A natural gift for reading people and responding to what they actually need
- Thorough, thoughtful, and efficient - not sacrificing one for the other
