What You’ll Do
- Deliver routine and emergency dental care, including diagnosis, restorations, crowns/bridges, removable prosthetics, uncomplicated endodontics, and minor oral surgery
- Interpret x‑rays and lab studies
- Ensure timely, accurate, patient‑centered treatment
- Provide supervision to Dental Hygienists and Dental Assistants
- Build strong patient relationships and provide oral health education
- Administer anesthetics and prescribe medications
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
- Support high standards of clinical quality, safety, and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Current Michigan Dental License (any U.S. licensure considered)
- Experience in Endodontics, Pedodontics, and Oral Surgery
- Two years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Ability to communicate with empathy and build trust with patients
- Experience working with Native American or underserved communities preferred
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and electronic dental records
Work Environment
- Modern, well-lit clinic setting
- Exposure to typical clinical conditions and fast‑paced situations
- Local travel between clinic locations may be required
Physical Requirements
- Frequent use of hands, instruments, bending, talking, and hearing
- Visual requirements include close and distance vision and color perception

Pay: $210,000.00 - $235,000.00 per year
