What We're Looking For

An Ohio-licensed RDH who is clinically thoughtful and genuinely enjoys caring for people. Experience is valued, but kindness and patient-centered care matter just as much.

Spanish-speaking hygienists a plus.

We believe dentistry should be excellent, compassionate, and judgment-free for both our patients and our team. Putting patients first is the most important thing we do. We want people to feel comfortable, respected, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door, especially patients with dental anxiety, special needs, or past experiences that have made dental care difficult. We proudly serve a large LGBTQ+ community, but everyone is welcome here. We believe great dentistry comes from combining excellent clinical care with kindness, patience, inclusion, and genuinely getting to know the person in the chair.
