Dental Office Manager

Beverly Hills Dental Health And Wellness • Full-time • Beverly Hills, California, United States • $100k / year • 2m ago

We are a growing holistic dental organization with three locations, cutting-edge technology, an established patient base, and a world-renowned founder and lead doctor.

We are looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead our Beverly Hills location.

This is not a desk-only management position. We need someone who is highly hands-on, understands the daily operation of a successful dental practice, knows how to lead people, and can bring structure, accountability, consistency, and measurable growth to the office.

Just as important, we are looking for someone who is genuinely interested in holistic dentistry, and integrative wellness. Our philosophy looks beyond individual teeth and considers the connection between oral health and the patient's overall well-being.

Our Philosophy

Our approach is centered around four key pillars:

Healthy Oral Microbiome: Supporting a balanced oral environment as the foundation for long-term health.
Healthy Teeth: Prevention, education, biocompatible materials, and addressing the underlying causes of dental disease.
Healthy Jaw: Evaluating jawbone, TMJ, infections, and structural health using advanced diagnostic technology.
Optimizing Sleep: Recognizing the relationship between airway, breathing, sleep quality, and overall wellness.

The manager does not need to be a clinician, but they must be interested in learning and understanding our philosophy so they can confidently support the doctors, educate the team, and help create a consistent patient experience.

Who We Are Looking For

The right person is a strong leader who knows how to:

Lead, motivate, train, and develop a dental team
Build a positive, professional, high-performing office culture
Hold team members accountable while maintaining strong relationships
Identify deficiencies in office systems and implement solutions
Maintain strong and consistent follow-up with patients, team members, and outstanding tasks
Understand and manage the complete flow of a busy dental office
Train the team to properly execute established systems and protocols
Monitor daily performance and make adjustments when goals are not being met
Drive production, collections, case acceptance, scheduling, and patient retention
Understand and actively manage office KPIs
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly production and collection goals are achieved
Work closely with doctors, treatment coordinators, administrative staff, and the clinical team
Maintain strong treatment coordinating knowledge and step into that role when necessary
Deliver an exceptional patient experience from the first phone call through completion of treatment

This Position Requires a Hands-On Leader. We are not looking for someone who simply assigns tasks and reviews reports.

We need a manager who is actively involved in the operation, understands what is happening throughout the office, follows through, coaches the team, solves problems, and ensures systems are executed consistently.

The right person should be able to walk into the office, recognize where the breakdowns are, determine what needs to change, train the team, and follow through until the improvement becomes part of the culture.

You should be comfortable reviewing numbers, understanding why the office is or is not reaching goal, and developing an action plan to improve performance.

You must know your numbers and be comfortable being accountable for them.

The Opportunity

Our organization is moving quickly and continuing to grow. This position offers significant opportunity for someone who wants to become an important part of that growth.

We are looking for someone who views dental management as a career, not simply a job.

Someone willing to invest their time, leadership, knowledge, and energy into building something great.

If you take pride in excellence, enjoy developing people, understand the business side of dentistry, believe in creating an outstanding patient experience, and are excited about holistic and integrative healthcare, we want to meet you.

Ideal Candidate

Strong dental office management experience
Proven leadership and team development skills
Strong treatment coordination background
Excellent training and coaching ability
Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills
Strong understanding of production, collections, scheduling, and case acceptance
Comfortable managing KPIs and performance goals
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Solution-oriented and highly accountable
Professional, confident, motivating, and patient-focused
Interested in holistic dentistry and integrative wellness
Interested in long-term professional growth with the organization

If you are a strong dental leader who knows how to build teams, improve systems, increase performance, and create an exceptional patient experience while being part of a progressive approach to dentistry and wellness, we would like to hear from you.
