We are seeking a career-focused, compassionate, and high motivated individual who is enthusiastic about delivering an exception patient experience. You will be the first point of contact with our patients, and play a vital role in creating a welcoming, educational, and positive experience for new patients and their families. As the primary liaison between Dr. Wilke and our patients you will be guiding them through the orthodontic consultation process, explaining treatment recommendations, reviewing financial options, coordinating schedules, and helping patients feel confident about beginning treatment.

Treatment Coordination
- Present the doctor's treatment recommendations in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Educate patients on orthodontic treatment options and expected outcomes.
- Answer questions regarding treatment, appliances, and office procedures.
- Coordinate records appointments and treatment start appointments.
- Meticulous and highly organized with exceptional follow through
- Detail-focused with excellent problem solving skills.
- Orthodontic/dental experience preferred
Technology and Innovation
- Proficient in orthodontics practice management software.
- Comfortable trouble shooting technology applications.
- Skilled in Microsoft office.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software, technology, and office systems
- Demonstrate the ability to leverage technology to improve patient care and enhance communication.
Communication
- Communicate effectively with doctors, clinical assistants, and administrative team members.
- Document patient conversations and treatment decisions accurately.
- Maintain timely communication with patients regarding appointments and treatment.

Wilke Orthodontics has three locations to better serve our patients. Offices are conveniently located in Green Bay, Oconto Falls, and Sturgeon Bay. This position does require a willingness to travel to all three locations as needed.
