About the Position
We are seeking a General Dentist to join an established, community-focused healthcare organization in Brooklyn, New York.
This is a unique opportunity to practice in a comprehensive, multispecialty setting that provides medical and dental care to patients throughout the community. The organization offers general and pediatric dentistry along with a broad range of medical specialties, creating a highly collaborative environment with coordinated care available under one roof.
The dental department provides everything from preventive and routine dentistry to more complex treatment and includes experienced general dentists, pediatric dentists, hygienists, and specialty providers. The organization also operates a school-based dental program focused on expanding access to preventive and restorative dental care for children.
Sunday availability is required, and the schedule is fixed.
Schedule:

Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Monday: 9:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Thursday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Tuesday, Friday & Saturday: Off
Clinical Responsibilities

Provide full-scope general dentistry in an outpatient community health setting

Deliver preventive, restorative, and comprehensive dental care

Work alongside an established team of general and pediatric dentists and other dental professionals

Collaborate within a larger multispecialty healthcare organization

Serve a diverse patient population with an emphasis on accessible, high-quality care
Compensation & Bonus Opportunity

Approximately $170,000 annually for a 40-hour workweek

Compensation may be negotiable for the right candidate

Additional productivity and quality bonus opportunities
The productivity incentive is designed around an annual patient-volume target, with additional bonuses available as monthly and annual volume benchmarks are exceeded. The structure is designed to provide meaningful additional earning potential for a productive dentist while accounting for patient volume across the year.
A separate quality bonus rewards areas such as punctuality, timely chart completion, documentation, and other quality and performance standards.
