Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Technician to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate high-quality dental prostheses and restorations, ensuring precise specifications and optimal patient care.
Responsibilities
- Fabrication: Create dentures, crowns, bridges, and implant prosthetics using acrylics, ceramics, and advanced lab techniques.
- Digital CAD/CAM: Utilize CAD/CAM software for precise digital design and fabrication of restorations.
- Finishing & QC: Perform detailed finishing, polishing, and quality control checks to ensure proper fit and aesthetics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with clinical staff to interpret clinical instructions, impressions, and patient specifications.
- Infection Control & Maintenance: Follow strict sanitation protocols and maintain equipment and HIPAA-compliant documentation.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong knowledge of dental anatomy, occlusion, and prosthodontics principles.
- Proficiency in dental CAD/CAM design software.
- Hands-on experience with ceramic layering, denture processing, and implant fabrication.
- High attention to detail, precision measurement capabilities, and strong communication skills.
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 40.0 per week
