Groove Kids Dental is a brand-new pediatric dental office opening in Winter Garden, and we're looking for an experienced Pediatric Dental Office Manager to lead our front office and help build the practice from the ground up. As part of our founding team, you'll have a real hand in shaping how the office runs: setting up scheduling systems, billing workflows, and office policies, and hiring and training a team that makes every family feel welcome. The ideal candidate brings several years of dental office management experience, preferably in a pediatric practice, and is confident handling insurance verification, claims, and collections. You're comfortable with practice management software such as Archy, Epic, or Open Dental; you know how to build a schedule that keeps the day running smoothly; and you have experience with patient financial arrangements, payroll support, and HIPAA and OSHA compliance. Just as important, you're a natural leader who can motivate a team, reassure a frustrated parent, and keep the office positive and organized on even the busiest days. This role starts as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the practice grows.
