Experienced Dental Assistant — Full-Time

What You’ll Do
- Assist the doctor chairside during a variety of dental procedures
- Provide hands-on chairside assistance during treatments
- Take digital X-rays and impressions
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Anticipate the doctor’s needs and maintain efficient chairside workflow
- Help ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day
- Provide compassionate patient care and education
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Follow infection-control and office protocols
- Support the team in providing an exceptional patient experience
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of dental assisting experience is required
- Hands-on experience assisting with dental treatments is a must
- Strong clinical and chairside assisting skills
- Experience assisting with a variety of dental procedures
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent communication and patient-care skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinical environment
- Dependable, professional, and motivated
- Eager to learn, grow, and continuously improve
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, brings positive energy to the team, and holds themselves to a high standard of care.
Schedule
- 30–36 hours per week
- Wednesdays off
- Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Friday: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
