You’re a people person and naturally know how to make others feel comfortable.
You’re an excellent communicator who loves educating, inspiring, and motivating patients to make healthier choices.
You love explaining things in a way that makes patients go, “Ohhh, that makes sense.”
You take pride in being thorough, gentle, detail-oriented, and fully present with each patient.
You create a calm, comfortable experience while delivering thoughtful, high-quality preventive care.
You’re positive, compassionate, and thrive on a supportive, patient-centered team.
You’re great at building real trust with patients—not just seeing them once, but helping support their long-term wellness journey.
You want a team that genuinely has each other’s backs—because work is better when no one is doing it alone.
You know dentistry is about way more than teeth; it’s about whole-body health, confidence, and helping people feel their best.

Come tour the office and then if you would like we can schedule you to observe a few hours and ask the hygiene and team anything you would like before making a decision to join us!

IF YOU ARE A FACT FINDER... CONTINUE READING!

We’ve been part of this community since the 90s, and while we’re now under new ownership, the heart of this practice hasn’t changed as it’s only grown. Dr. David Ahearn (google his name) built something meaningful here, and today our two previous long term associates for almost a decade, Dr. Patel and Dr. Tracy continue that legacy with the same kindness, humility, and genuine care for others. They’re the kind of doctors who lead with compassion first simply put, really good humans. Oh... and we are never selling to a corporate office!

At our core, we believe in taking care of our people who are working hard to take care of people. That means our team, our patients, and the connections we build every single day. This isn’t a place where people feel like numbers. It’s a place where names are remembered, stories are shared, and relationships grow over time.

We laugh together, sometimes stress together, but most importantly, we support each other, and show up for one another, because we know that kind of environment is what allows us to give our best to the people sitting in our chairs.

Our Mission
We believe wellness starts with a smile. We take the time to help patients understand how their oral health connects to their overall health, so they can feel confident, informed, and cared for at every stage of life.

This isn’t a “just get them in and out” kind of hygiene role. It’s about slowing down, listening, educating, and giving patients the kind of care you’d want for your own family.

What Patients Say
Our patients often tell us we feel different and we take that seriously.
They describe us as caring, thorough, and the kind of office that makes them feel at ease the moment they walk in.

Why You’ll Love It Here
At Perfect Smiles, we’ve built something that blends small-town feel with modern dentistry. You’re not just another employee, you’re part of a team where your voice matters and your work is valued.

If you’re looking for a place where you can do meaningful work, build real relationships, and actually enjoy coming to work each day we’d love to meet you.
