About You:

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school; Or currently attending an accredited dental school to obtain a degree for DDS or DMD.
Current, valid dental license to practice in the state of Illinois or ability to obtain.
DEA certification
CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain)
Ideal candidates work efficiently, have strong treatment planning skills and are willing to convert same day treatment.
