Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our team for evening shifts on weekdays and Saturdays. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking flexible hours and a welcoming, modern dental office.

Responsibilities

Welcome and prepare patients for treatment
Conduct initial oral health screenings and review medical history
Identify oral health issues such as gingivitis, caries, or periodontitis
Perform cleanings, plaque removal, and fluoride applications
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care
Take X-rays and intra-oral scans
Assist dentists in treatment planning and emergency care
Maintain accurate patient records and monitor supplies

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license
Proven experience in a dental hygiene role
Knowledge of HIPAA and dental safety protocols
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
Comfortable with new dental technologies
Availability for evening hours and Saturdays
