Fioritto Family Dental in Lake County is seeking a highly motivated and detail oriented full time Treatment Coordinator for their Concord, OH office. Our family-owned practice has been helping our patients achieve great dental health for over 55 years.

The ideal candidate will be the patient's primary point of contact for all treatment-related matters, guiding them through their dental care journey with compassion and clarity. This role is crucial for ensuring patients understand their treatment plans, financial options, and feel confident moving forward with their care.

Responsibilities:
- Presentation of treatment plans.
- Researches patients' insurance benefits for diagnosis of treatment.
- Conducts IV consults and performs medical consults.
- Coordinates patients' financial arrangements.
- Works closely with doctors while reviewing treatment reports.
- Works diligently to keep doctors' schedules full and maximizes production.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator or a similar position in a dental office. Strong knowledge of dental terminology, insurances and procedures. Must have excellent follow through, communication skills and lead with a compassionate approach to patient care.
