Job Summary

We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Front Desk Coordinator who can bring 2+ years of front desk or administrative experience (ideally in a dental or healthcare setting). You’ll be the first smile our patients see and the calm, organized presence that keeps our days running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism.
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments for optimal daily flow.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and patient messages with empathy and efficiency.
Maintain accurate and HIPAA-compliant patient records.
Process payments and support billing or insurance-related questions.
Coordinate with clinical staff to streamline patient movement and appointment logistics.
Provide information about procedures and services offered at the clinic.
Manage front office supplies and assist with inventory tracking.
Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean, welcoming reception area.
