*Overview*

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and assisting in various dental procedures.

*Responsibilities*

- Assist the dentist during dental procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques

- Maintain and sterilize dental instruments and equipment

- Handle patient inquiries and provide information about dental treatments

- Prepare patients for dental procedures

- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation

- Keep daily production statistics

*Qualifications*

- Proficiency in dental terminology

- Experience with dental coding and documentation

- Familiarity with Open Dental or similar electronic health record systems

- Knowledge of orthodontic dentistry is a plus

- Ability to assist in dental imaging procedures

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
