Job Overview
Our team is searching for a permanent hygienist in Helotes ,Tx. located close to 1604 and Bandera Road. Prefer minimum 3-5 days per week .Must be friendly, outgoing, and willing to be part of team setting. We see patients of all ages and diversities, so a typical day may include recall visits, sealants, and an SCRP patient. Our office is all digital. Experience with Dexis and Dentrix would be a great asset, but we are willing to train the right person. Benefits are offered such as simple IRA, vacation, life insurance, and health insurance after 90 days. Responsibilities
- Perform dental cleanings and assist with dental procedures
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices
- Take and develop dental x-rays
- Maintain and update patient dental records
- Administer fluoride treatments
- Conduct periodontal charting
- Follow infection control protocols
- Assist with front office duties as needed

Requirements
- Certification in Dental Hygiene
- Proficiency in HIPAA regulations
- Experience with dental assisting and office systems
- Knowledge of vital signs monitoring
- Competence in infection control practices
- Ability to manage medical records accurately
- Proficiency in Dentrix software would be a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
