Responsibilities

Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations for patients.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental visits.
Assist the dentist with various procedures using four-handed dentistry techniques.
Utilize medical imaging technologies to capture diagnostic images as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records using systems such as Epic and Eaglesoft.
Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations.
Stay updated on medical terminology and advancements in dental technology, including the use of 3D scanners.

Experience

Proven experience as a Dental Hygienist or similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with general dentistry practices and procedures.
Knowledge of infection control standards and safety protocols.
Experience with medical imaging technologies is a plus.
Proficiency in using dental software systems such as Epic and Eaglesoft is advantageous.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
