What You’ll Do

Source and identify qualified general dentists and specialists through job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach, and referrals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: from initial contact and screening to coordinating interviews and supporting contract negotiations.
Build and nurture relationships with candidates and practice leaders, ensuring a personalized and professional experience.
Maintain organized tracking of candidates in our ATS and recruitment dashboards.
Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling job posts and recruitment materials.
Stay up-to-date on trends in the dental industry, regional compensation expectations, and licensure requirements.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience in healthcare or dental recruiting (agency or in-house).
Strong sourcing and outreach skills using LinkedIn, Indeed, and other platforms.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and scheduling tools.
Bonus: Knowledge of dental industry trends and DSO operations.
